Introduction
I am a repatriated freelance writer, editor, and social media specialist from New Jersey, and I currently teach ESL at a community college. I spent three and a half years working in Shenzhen, China. I write on a variety of subjects in different forms. I have worked for The New Jersey Law Journal as assistant editor and Aspatore Books as a freelance editor. My work has appeared in Asia's Best Hotels and Resorts (3rd ed.), Shenzhen Daily, TravelSort, FreelanceWritingGigs.com, American Drivel Review, The Aroostook Review, Ink Collective, and American Poets Abroad.
My newest endeavor is Booze, Food, Travel where I delve into the experience of travel while sampling local food and drink. The website launched mid-January 2012.
I maintained a blog of my China experience and other musings for six years at The Waiguoren Critic of South China. I am also the publisher of the China-centric literary journal Terracotta Typewriter, which debuted in 2009.
Contact me if you need any Asian travel stories or advice on travel.
