I'm an experienced writer/photographer with articles and photos published in house and trade publications along with in-flight magazines.
I'm a graduate of the New York Institute of Photography's Professional Photography course, Writer's Digest's Writing to Sell Nonfiction course, AWAI's Ultimate Travel Writers Course and Turn Your Photos Into Cash courses, and hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration.
Besides travel writing and travel photography, I also instruct photography courses for four independent school districts' Community Education Adult Programs and author a photography techniques column for a bimonthly writers magazine.

Experience & Expertise
My experience includes travels to Ixtapa, Puerto Vallarta (8 times), Mazatlan (2 times), Cabo San Lucas (Baja)(twice) and Cozumel/Playa del Carmen, Mexico (4 times). All of the Mexico destinations have resulted in published articles except Ixtapa. <p> As far as United States travel, my recent travels include Pennsylvania, Southern Arizona, Northern Arizona, South Dakota (Badlands and Black Hills), Wyoming (Yellowstone and Grand Tetons National Parks)and Utah (Bryce Canyon N.P., Zion N.P., Cedar Breaks N.M.). Other foreign travel includes the South Island of New Zealand.
