Introduction

I write sassy direct visually descriptive features aimed at the independent traveler seeking a unique perspective of the people and their lifestyles in the destinations they travel to. Feature stories are mainly focused around travel, cuisine, arts, design of a creative niche in the top end of the market. That is not necessarily price. It is Quality I'm writing about. I aim to bring the public a high sense of aesthetic pleasure and information they weren't aware of. One of a kind pursuits in travel are typical articles such as a vintage tour through Tuscany in a rented fleet of Alfa Romeo's the reader can operate. Thrilling destinations require equally thrilling experiences. So when I travel to Lapland I'll write about the best possible area where the Laps camp out or the finest reindeer meat and cloudberries. In Japan, the ultimate geisha house dinner or ryokan with a twist.

Published a volume of poetry, "City Wine". Lived and worked in Japan, Switzerland, France, Sweden, The Netherlands. I do guidebooks and features on ethnic minorities and their customs, restaurant, food, contemporary art, collectibles and handcrafts, hotel and general cultural reviews, critiques and stories about luxury living.
